The natural movement of the faux-fur fibres and subtle variations resulting from artisanal workmanship make every bag slightly unique and should not be considered imperfections.

Handle with care and store the bag inside its protective dust bag when not in use.

To preserve the softness, colour and appearance of the faux fur, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, rain and humidity. Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, cosmetics and abrasive surfaces.

Do not compress the bag or place heavy objects on top of it, as prolonged pressure may alter its shape and the natural direction of the fibres.

Crystal embellishments, jewel handles, closures, chains and metal components should be treated as precious decorative elements. Protect them from impacts, friction and accidental snagging.

If the bag becomes slightly damp, gently blot it with a clean, soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Never use a hair dryer or place it near a direct heat source.

If necessary, gently restore the faux-fur fibres using clean fingers or a very soft brush, always following their natural direction and avoiding contact with the decorative elements.

Do not wash, iron, tumble dry or use chemical cleaning products. When storing, keep the bag upright and lightly filled with clean tissue paper to help preserve its original shape.
