RETURNS POLICY
 Right of withdrawal and return

Except as otherwise provided for in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59, first paragraph, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately within one order, when the latest product is received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact  INGASIRMIONE at telephone number +39030916310 or send a request by writing to shop@ingasirmione.com from Monday to Friday – 10.30 am to 1.00 pm and 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm. If you decide to use your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded any payments you made, excluding delivery costs. These refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.

The refund can be suspended until the goods are received and the Quality office demonstrates that the goods have been delivered in compliance with the following points. We remind you that the products must be returned in perfect condition, especially:

1. The product and its packaging must be in the same conditions in which they were received.
.2. The shopping bag must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Please note that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalised”. With reference to the above-mentioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, please note and accept that “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalised” include products that are indicated as customisable within the relevant information sheet, following any customisation you have requested.
Returns for defects or non-conformity

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this as a reason for the return during the online return request, to be carried out in the same manner as described in the previous paragraphs. You will be asked to upload one or more images related to the defect found and will receive a confirmation email with instructions to proceed with the shipment

Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@ingasirmione.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you which you can spend without expiry limit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping rates and cost for returns.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

These costs will be deducted from the refund on the return.

These costs are: Shipping costs. 

 INGASIRMIONE can manage the delivery using its logistic operator. Shipping costs depend on the Country.

Alternatively you can send the package using a logistic operator of your choice, paying it directly. In this case we will not charge any shipping costs. 

 Customs and import duties. 

When the package returns to Italy from a country outside the European Union customs and import duties are required at customs, which are estimated at around 26-28% of the price paid for the product will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.Otherwise we cannot guarantee the receipt of your shipment
